Return Validity
Time Frame: Incase you want to claim exchange or refund on your purchase, you will have to return the product within 10 working days.
Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Condition of Items: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Personalized or Custom Orders: Items that are personalized or custom-made are not eligible for refunds.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at zarajewel09@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for the refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection of Items: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at zarajewel09@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
